A good idea in suspended animation

Hi folks…Are y’all looking forward to a great Thanksgiving?  Turkey and dressing and greenbean casserole and sweet potato souffle…oh my!  Oh…and don’t forget some variety of pumpkin flavored dessert..

Anyway, obviously the weekly live, streaming vidcast on Thursday’s, “JuicyMaters Living live!” is not happening on Thanksgiving…I can’t let my webcam get between me and Thanksgiving dinner…LOL!

I’m afraid the show will not be back next week, either.  A least for now the show has been put on hiatus, as they say in TV land, and for much the same reason regular TV shows are warehoused either temporarily or permanently:

Ratings.  Actually it would be more accurate to say “viewership” rather than ratings, since there are no ratings that I know of for vidcasts.  There just haven’t been many folks watching the show.  As a matter of fact, the most viewers for any given show was 3, and I can’t schedule my entire Thursday around 3 viewers.

For the video addicts…do not despair as there will still be semi-regular videos on JuicyMaters, just not a regularly scheduled weekly show.  There is no telling what category might have a video post.  So far, the videos have only been about yurts and homesteading, but you never know…cooking videos might be making an appearance soon, so keep your eyes open.

So anyway…y’all have a great Thanksgiving and I’ll see you soon.

PS…you might keepyour eyes open tomorrow or Wednesday.  There might be a surprise Thanksgiving recipe In the Kitchen!
